Tacos in a Bowl

This healthy recipe is easy to make Ingredients 1 teaspoon canola oil 12 ounces extra-lean (90% lean) ground beef 1/2 cup mild salsa (lowest sodium possible) 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce 4 ounces baked corn tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled 1/2 cup finely chopped green or diced red onions 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream 1 medium lime, cut in 4 wedges Instructions Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned (draining any fat), stir in the salsa and paprika. Place equal amounts of the lettuce in each of 4 shallow bowls. Spoon equal amounts of the chips into each bowl, top with the beef mixture and the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
